Dissapointment at the Employment Tribunal
If you lose your case at the Employment Tribunal you have 14 days to write to the tribunal to reconsider your case. In your letter you should include detailed explanation why you think that the tribunal has made a wrong decision.
It can include reasons such as any new evidence that you are aware of. An important reason for the tribunal to reconsider your case is if you have not attended the trial or most importantly if you have not been made aware of the time of the proceedings.
You can also appeal to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
It is worth to take all necessary steps to appeal you have been treated unfairly at your workplace and the tribunal did not see it at the first hearing. It is possible that there was just not enough evidence to convince the judge so to apply you couldfind some additional evidence or witnesses to convince a judge at another hearing.
